Sarah is the Executive Principal leading Primary phase schools at Central Region Schools Trust (CRST). She has a wealth of experience in Primary education and school improvement with the last twenty years working in a range of leadership positions. After a successful career as a headteacher and an executive headteacher, she has led schools from special measures to outstanding. Sarah has worked in several Multi Academy Trusts in a range of school improvement roles before joining CRST in May 2022. She has worked as a National Leader for Education and an approved Pupil Premium reviewer, in these roles she has worked with schools across the country. Sarah is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children through the development of exceptional schools. She has a wealth of experience in developing strong leadership teams, high quality teaching and learning and positive outcomes for children.
